Type of transportation

We usually use DHL, RESHIP, ONEWORLD, FEDEX, USPS, GLS and many other international air couriers to ship your parcels.

Parcel arrival time

3.Ship to international shipping location          (Arrive within 8-24 hours)
4.Parcel arrives at destination                             (7-12 days to destination)

Returns Exchanges and Refunds

We understand – sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want a refund. We accept free returns as long as the item is still in its original condition, subject to the following rules, including those regarding fair use. Be sure to check the product information section of your ordered item on our website or app for details on whether the item is returnable.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or the date the order becomes available for collection to return the item to us for a refund. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
We aim to refund you within 1-3 days of receiving your return.
If you have created a return within the above timeframe, but due to special circumstances are unable to return the product to us within the same timeframe, please contact us via Sales Customer Service

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are properly packed and not damaged in transit!
As the package is your responsibility until it is returned to us, please make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about a return.
